How to be Prepared for Specials

Library/Multimedia (Mon. & Wed.) - Students should bring all library books back to school every Tuesday to be either returned or rechecked out. 
Kila School creates Google accounts and passwords for all students. This information will be kept in student R.E.D. (Return Every Day) Folders; students MUST bring their R.E.D.s to and from school every day, Monday through Friday (even if info is memorized); they are kept at school over the weekend. Please note, if students lose their R.E.D. Folder, a new one must be purchased from the office for $3.00. Students must also have an "Appropriate Use" form signed and on file for Chromebook work. ​
P.E. (Tues. & Fri.) - Students must have a pair of non-marking athletic shoes to keep at school for P.E. class ONLY.
This does not include tennis shoes worn to school for the day. 
Counseling - Social Emotional Learning SEL (Wed.) - Students love Mrs. Barrett! She brings a variety of tailor-made lessons to each grade level. Topics range from building positive friendships to test-taking skills. 
Music & Art (Thurs.) - 4th-grade students learn how to read and play music using recorders. They will need to purchase a recorder from the school at the beginning of the school year.
